    ROLLA, Mo. -- The Department of Defense formally announced the death of a soldier from Rolla on Tuesday.&nbsp; Pfc. Richard L. McNulty III was fighting in Bowri Tana, Afghanistan, when his vehicle was hit by a bomb on Sunday.&nbsp; Sgt. <span class=&quot;runtimeTopic">Brian L.
