    SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- An alarming trend is spreading across the country and it's one of which parents need to be aware: marijuana use is spiking among teenagers.&nbsp; According to a new report from <a href="http://www.drugfree.org/newsroom/pats-2011" target="_blank">drugfree.org</a>, "heavy" marijuana use is up 80 percent since 2008.&nbsp; In fact, one in ten teens reports using marijuana at least 20 times a month.
