    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- The House completed an override of Democratic Gov. Mike Beebe's veto of a bill requiring voters to show photo identification before casting a ballot.  The Republican-controlled House voted 52-45 on Monday to override the veto.  Last week, the Republican-led Senate voted 21-12 to override it.
