    SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- A woman from Florida who followed a new boyfriend to Springfield apparently was murdered three months before her rotting, decomposed body turned up in a trash container behind a home.&nbsp;&nbsp; How and why Kelly Frech died likely will never be known, because a Marionville police officer shot and killed Adam Bergseth, who detectives and prosecutors have concluded was Frech&rsquo;s murderer.&nbsp;&nbsp; The murder investigation, though, found Bergseth and his girlfriends enjoyed sexually swinging, and Bergseth often told different stories about his life.
