  1. Family Farm Fridays Begin This Week at Stamford Museum & Nature Center

    Eating local is a trendy thing now, which is awesome on many levels. The Stamford Museum&amp; Nature Center is helping to educate the public in such matters with a series of four cooking classes that utilize local ingredients. It's called <em>Family Farm Fridays</em>, and it begins this week with "Eggs &amp; Chickens," during which you can visit the resident chickens at the nature center and collect their eggs. Next week, guests will make fresh butter and strawberry jam to take home. <strong></strong>
