RECORD-SETTING OCTOBER
You knew it was colder and wetter than normal, but did you know it ranked in the Top 10 for most parts of the Ozarks, especially Arkansas?
There are places in central Arkansas that have already exceeded their record YEARLY rainfall with two more months of precipitation possibilities. Impressive, to say the least.
