Standing between them is Winchester Fire-EMS Fire Marshal Rob Carmichael. Book's donation and funds from George Rogers Clark High School freshmen students receiving a first aid and CPR certificate through a class taught by Carmichael were used to purchase the AED. Students receiving first aid and CPR certifications are pictured. The CPR/AED Program is a self-sustaining community-wide program offering first aid and CPR certification. Funds generated through the program are used for maintenance and certification of all AEDs. GRC health and physical education teachers are James Stults, second from right, and Scott Latham, right. |
