( Photo submitted / June 12, 2012 ) Clark County Democratic Party Chair Karen Ward of Winchester garnered two coveted spots at the state Democratic Convention June 4, in Louisville. Ward was elected to serve a four-year term on the party's State Central Committee and was also selected as a member of the Kentucky delegation traveling to the Democratic National Convention in September in Charlotte, N.C. Joining Ward in representing Clark County as delegates to the state convention were Flora Shelby, Ben Pasley, John Hendricks and Chip Ward. |
