WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. <br><p><br> Name of Product: Wooden animal drum <br><p><br> Units: About 1,000 <br><p><br> Importer: Cost Plus Inc. of Oakland, Calif. <br><p><br> Hazard: The paint used on the drum is in excess of the maximum allowable level of 90 ppm, a violation of the federal lead paint standard. <br><p><br> Incidents/Injuries: None <br><p><br> Description: The recalled toy is a wooden hexagon drum with pictures of animals on the six sides.
