- The recommended amount of time between haircuts is 4 to 6 weeks. Keeping your hair trimmed regularly will actually improve your hair’s overall health and body.

- What is the best way to care for split ends and dry, frizzy hair?
- We recommend Redken Glass and smoothing balms like Redken’s Smooth Down and Heat Glide. Also, remember to blow dry your hair on low heat, and apply hair protectants when using flat or curling irons.
