Location: Galena, mo

On March 18, 2008 it rained so much that the James River started to rise and went of it banks. The Town of Galena was flood and the main hwy was closed due to flooding. Several buildings were flooded also. On Hwy 413 coming out of Galena is a bridge over the Railly creek and it was covered except about 5 feet of the top.
