The first photo of the outhouse was taken on the evening of March 18th, with some water around the base of it. However, we were able to walk around the parking area of the Mason Bridge access that evening, all the way up to the sign. The next pictures were taken about 24 hours later from the same access area. That is the same outhouse with only the roof above water. The river had actually crested and had receded a few feet by the time I took the photos on the 19th. My husband said the outhouse had been completely under and the sign was almost submerged as well, with only a couple inches being above water.
