Galloway Village Historic Site Falls

Another piece of history bites the dust as the old Ash Grove Lime Plant in Galloway Village is demolished. For those of us who have lived in the Village for many years it is a bittersweet moment. The dust will not be missed but the history of the place should be preserved as many of our neighbors and friends spent their lives working and sometimes dying here.
