Please email any photos you have of J. R. Outfitters flooded campground on 6/28/08 to shaunandangela@sbcglobal.net. Ellen called me this afternoon to tell us the campgrounds and our camper were flooded. I saw a different photo on your 10:00 news.

This is very sad news. We camp there a lot, it's owned and ran by very good friends of ours. It's a horrible loss for many of our fellow campers and friends. Sure hope to see many of them next weekend.

A question to ask. Where were Stone County deputies and Galena police before, during and after this flood. They were called and were asked to warn the campers and didn't. Your tax dollars at work. vote.

My wife & I and a friend were trapped in the James River Outfitters Park in Galena on Saturday morning. Pine Run Creek blocked our escape, Thank you JRO & Staff & local Jet Boat owner for getting us out safe.
