Driving to Springfield Wednesday morning- we recorded the storm between Branson and Ozark.This is an individual frame tken from the video. It looks as if it hit the dash.

WOW! that is really cool! when i first looked at it that was my first thought that it had hit the dash bored. that is an awsome pisture!!!

I've lost over $1600 worth of electronics equipment this month from lightning coming in over the phone line. The phone co says they aren't responsible. Be warned. You aren't as protected as you think.

Beautiful picture. I think I would need a shower and a change of clothes by the time I got to where I was going. And OzarkMark is right, phone and electric companies wont help you if damage ia done to electronics. Thanks for the share.

You can see the outline of the rear view mirror if you look close. Lightning hit the horizon, but the camera shake makes it look like it is in the car. Really cool! Also awesome color too!
