It's horrible to think someone could be capable of this. Thank God it wasn't children in this case.
This is long term abuse. Bless this little one that they have been rescued. Just hopefully someone will adopt this little one and give it a safe enviroment to be in.
Where are these dogs now? How would someone be able to take one home? Is that all of the animals that were at this place? Hopefully, they didn't leave any behind to suffer?
I also would like to know, when do we get answers or comments to our questions or comments?
From what I understand The pet Connection or a poodle rescue group took the dogs.

This is why I have six animals. I see poor helpless animals on the side of the road and I just have to take them in. The original owners should be taken to court and punished. Maybe some one should treat them like that.Maybe then they'll understand

Are they originally brown, or can they tell? People should be burned. Sad thing is that even children are treated like this at times...
