This is long term abuse. Bless this little one that they have been rescued. Just hopefully someone will adopt this little one and give it a safe enviroment to be in.

Where are these dogs now? How would someone be able to take one home? Is that all of the animals that were at this place? Hopefully, they didn't leave any behind to suffer?

From what I understand The pet Connection or a poodle rescue group took the dogs.

This is why I have six animals. I see poor helpless animals on the side of the road and I just have to take them in. The original owners should be taken to court and punished. Maybe some one should treat them like that.Maybe then they'll understand
