On First Friday November 7th, in celebration of the long-awaited election, we called out to the new President elect. We asked the people in our community to say something, say anything to the future President of the United States, Barack Obama. Our gallery wall at Departika was blank except for the words, “Hey Mr. President Elect...Do better this time around. We certainly need change.” We let the people say the rest by writing their statements with the markers we hung from the wall. Sit back and watch how the night played out.

Every politician should see what the people think of them or expect from them. This was a great way to show Barak O'Bama where the American people stand!

Why do they refer to "First Black Afro-American President". Is he more MORE black than white or more white than black? He seems to have chosen to use Black to make history. Stick to the countries needs, cut the BS and get on w/reform.God Bless us.
