This power pole sits at the corner of 3rd and Girard in Flippin, Arkansas... across the street from the Fire Station, and in the employee parking area of Northern Arkansas Telephone Company. The picture was taken by Russ Woodman, an employee at the phone company, as he arrived at work on Tuesday, January 27th, 2009.
