This is an ice storm West Plains will not soon forget. (We were fortunate to miss the January 2007 event). Although this storm has caused much havoc, inconvenience and heartache, we are still able to take a moment and appreciate the beauty we see in the pictures provided by nature, and the thoughtfulness given freely by so many willing to help.
