This is a tuna cake recipe from Cedars Family Restaurant.
Ingredients:
2 cups tuna steak
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tab. lemon juice
10 saltine crackers
1 cup oil
In a large bowl mix first 5 ingredients. Crush crackers and mix with first 5 ingredients until thoroughly blended. Form into cakes 3/4-1 in. thick, then set in fridge for 5 minutes. Heat oil in large frying pan to med high. Fry cakes until crispy.
