THE WEATHER ALERT WAS SOUNDING AND THIS LARGE WALL CLOUD WAS APPROACHING US FROM THE HORTH WEST.
IT HAD US VERY WORRIED AND NO TORNADOWS TOUCHED DOWN NEAR US.
LOCATION ~ NORTH WEST OF WILLARD,MO JUST OFF STATE RTE.123 NEAR PEARL.

I have to agree with Roxie. That doesn't look like a wall cloud, but I think it is a shelf cloud. Harmless but still very impressive.

Actually I think that this formation is called a "shelf cloud". Shelf clouds form in association with a gust front. That gust front can be caused by a squall line or downdrafts from a thunderstorm.
