We're not worried about the age but it seems as if the people who are running the contest are. I am sure they have that rule for a reason. As far as far as "go fishin" been there done that, they aren't biten.

OK. If what you are saying is true in fact and i'm not saying that it isn't true. Shame on KY3. We have a fifth contestant talented or not who is not getting their opprotunity to display their talent. Because ky3 wants to display yours? Explain that.
If ky3 was going to do that and put your pic up on display they would confirm with a ( not eligable) for display only. Don't you think the Dutton's would have a say in that? Somebody needs to come clean. Who at ky3 asked you? Wanna go there?
If i was not in the contest and i was getting all this flack. I would call ky3 and ask them to remove my video. To me it's not worth it. And i would ask them to make a statement as to why they asked you if they could put you on display. Save Face.

Grow up. If you don't like them, don't vote for them. If you feel you must protest, contact KY3 and complain to people who can do something about it. The only thing you're accomplishing with your childish methods is to frustrate everyone else.
first of all the two young boys are very talented and if you look on there my space they have all kinds of Concerts in Nashville. BUT I DO NOT Think it is fair for them to entered or have made the TOP 5. I think they did not read the rules .
And I think that they should make all attempts to contact KY3 and the Duttons and explain there errors... Who Knows???? maybe this maybe an attempt to make there Names and talent well known. And I am sure they will be playing @ Branson some day
I have a friend who is UNBELIEVABLY talented and, for reasons I will never understand, didn't make top 5. If these boys took a spot that he could have gotten then I think that's very unfair. What's the idea, any publicity is good publicity?
Can't believe that KY3 has not come clean on this yet.Truth is , these boys are under age and they should be taken off the contest immediately or they know they are cheats and should take themselves off,doubt they will though,Karma will get them
Rules were made to be broken! (So I have always heard.) I hope they win because I think they are very talented along with the other young, pretty girl who sings about Sun Shine. Grow up & quit picking on these talented young kids. JEALOUS?

u don't need to be 18 to show ur talent! and i CAN'T see any rules talking about that...they diserve to be here as they diserve to win..this contest and whatever they can do in the music bizz. Also all that ppl commenting against them is doing ....

ppl cannot read the rules they are listed on this site LOOK the rules state: you have to 18 or older to compete. and this is not fair they caused someone else that is elgible to be in the top 5. If they win I will never go to another dutton show
The post from 10/24 is NOT "the" Ryan Tyler band. These 2 are great boys and I really think it is sad the so many people have to hate on someone they don't even know. I know they have read the rules and would not do anything to cheat to win a contest
only family and friends or 13 year olds that can't spell or read, are backing these cheats,get real, there is NO jealousy here.I want them deleted so the fair can get their chance and the more people that know they lied the better.
Quit using multiple ID's to sign on with and quit crying because you didn't get in the top five. The Duttons must have liked them or they would not have picked them to be in the top 5 knowing what their age is. I see no rules posted at this time.
Let's call a truce & quit the complaints. Yes,the rules state you have to be 18. A mistake was made by someone for not checking. Let the final 4 have their time to shine and compete! Good luck to each of them!
Thank you...I can't find any rules posted about this contest either. I'm sure they were posted during the sign up. And I'm sure if anyone was breaking the rules they would have already been disqualified.
Maybe all the haters should do their homework. Instead of whining on a blog, why don't you contact KY3 and you will find out there is no rule about being 18 to compete. You have to have someone 18 or over to enter you.

The rules DID DEFINITELY say you had to be 18 or older to win. NOW, that language has been removed. Once I saw the first comment made above I doublechecked. KY3 - why did you remove the age limit from the rules? After the final five were chosen???
