“The Main Event” Sports Trivia competition was held on the floor of the John Q. Hammons Arena Thursday, August 27th, with proceeds benefiting the programs of The Kitchen.
The event featured KY3’s Sports Director Ned Reynolds presenting ten rounds of sports categories, with ten questions per round to determine the winning team for this first annual competition. Over 250 people participated, and winning team prizes of $1000 for 1st place, $500 for 2nd place and $250 for 3rd place were donated back to The Kitchen!
Celebrity scorekeepers Art Hains, Cheryl Burnett, Jerry Lumpe, Jackie Stiles, Rob Evans, Cheryl Burnett and Jodie Adams helped make the event a huge success!.
