This little guy was on the side of our house in the Blue Eye area on Oct 25, 2009, someone forgot to tell him to wear lots of brown stripes, we don't like his forecast.

Sounds like I missed a very important old wives tale! What does the black mean? What does it mean if they do wear the brown stripes?
