REPUBLIC, Mo. (KY3) - Republic resident Doug Cox works at the Paul Mueller Company as a welder. But, in his spare time, and with metal scraps from the company, he creates magnificent gallery-worthy pieces that have been displayed on Sculpture Walk Springfield.
