Teenager dies from injuries in shooting at house in Springfield; 1 juvenile charged
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Police say a juvenile shot inside a Springfield house on Friday has died.
Officers identified the victim as Davondre Thompson-Baugher, 16, of Springfield. He died from his injuries on Sunday.
Officers responded to the shooting in the 2800 block of East Linwood. Officers took one juvenile into custody. Another juvenile faces charges of a delinquent act equivalent to involuntary manslaughter if committed by an adult. The juvenile, 16, remains in custody.

This is Springfield’s fourth homicide investigation in 2024, which includes the fifth victim for the year.
