Jacob Cersosimo

Jacob shoots, edits, and writes sports stories for KY3's Ozarks Sports Zone coverage.

Jacob graduated in 2019 from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minn. where he studied broadcast journalism and sports management. During his time at SCSU, Jacob interned at FOX Sports North and the Minnesota Vikings and had an opportunity to cover Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis. He also played tennis for the Huskies.

After graduation, Jacob started his career at KDLT in Sioux Falls, SD as a Multimedia Journalist. He later joined the team at Dakota News Now in Sioux Falls.

Not far from his job in Sioux Falls, Jacob grew up in Mitchell, S.D. Yes, that’s home to the World’s Only Corn Palace. With no professional sports teams in South Dakota, Jacob grew to become a fan of the Minnesota Vikings and Twins and the Washington Capitals. He’s also an avid tennis fan and loves to follow both the ATP and WTA tours closely.

When he’s not covering sports, Jacob enjoys the outdoors, being active, and watching sports (shocker).
