Tim Rockey focused much of his recent reporting on local government and also covered hundreds of local sporting events from the sidelines. He spent time coaching baseball in Palmer before becoming a reporter full-time.
He joined Alaska's News Source in October 2021 as a digital reporter and producer. In August 2022 he was promoted to the role of senior digital reporter/producer.
