Many people find beautiful pictures of food on Pinterest and try to recreate the recipes and wind up with what some people call the Pinterest fail. Pamela says you really should have some go to cookbooks to avoid the Pinterest Fail.
One of the books Pamela recommends is the Minimalist Kitchen by Melissa Coleman. She made the Soba Noodle With Peanut Sauce Recipe for our Fit Life Segment.
Another cookbook is The Salad Samurai by Terry Hope Romero. We checked out The Collards & Sweet Potato Crunch Bowl.
The third cookbook is Run Fast, Cook Fast, Eat Slow by Shalane Flanagan. And, Paul checked out the Power Bowl.
