3 ways to keep everyone happy at dinner

SPRINGFIELD, Mo If you have someone who's gone vegetarian in your home, it doesn't mean dinner has to be a nightmare. KY3's Paul Adler visits with Pamela Hernandez of Thrive Personal Fitness to go over three dinners to solve the Carnivore vs Vegetarian dilemma.

Here's what Pamela told us:
Don't Cook Twice!

When you have a vegetarian in the family it may feel like you have to cook separate meals to keep everyone happy. But no one has time to cook twice! Here are three options that can help you please everyone at the dinner table without the extra labor.

Baked tofu is an easy replacement for chicken, fish or steak on your basic dinner plate. Everyone can share sides like salad, potatoes or rice but the vegetarian can add heat and eat baked tofu with their plate.

It's always a good time to use the grill. Boxed veggies burgers taste so much better than they used two. Keep them in the freezer and when it's time for a relaxed dinner on the patio, put a black bean burger on the grill for your vegetarian.

Everyone loves pizza night. The key here is to use mini pizza crusts for personal pizzas. You can put out a variety of toppings and a good sauce, then let everyone make their pizza to their
specifications.

Enjoy!
