Tummy Tightening Workout for Summer

SPRINGFIELD, Mo A core workout you can do at home with no equipment.

Dawn Schaffer of Extreme Fitness showed KY3's Paul Adler a plank style combo workout.

You start this workout in a plank position up on your toes. Then, do a regular pushup and return to the plank position. Briefly hold the plank position. Then, transition to a side plank with a bend or a dip. Return to the plank position and repeat the combination starting with the pushup.

Start with 5 complete circuits through that plank combination. As you get stronger, work up to ten or more depending on your ability.
