A sun's out, guns out workout

KY3's Paul Adler visits with Leah Mawdsley of Extreme Fitness go over a summer sun's out guns out workout

First, get some resistance bands. You can find some with handles starting around ten bucks.

Leah says you can get curvy tank top arms using the bands and doing this workout:

1st move

Bicep curl, do a set of 10.

2nd move

Shoulder press, do a set of 10.

3rd move

Tricep kickback (either over your head) or (down by your side). Do a set of 10.

Perform those three moves back to back. Then, rest just long enough to catch your breath and start the sequence again. Repeat three times or more depending on your fitness level.
