A workout to make your waist look narrower

On this Fit Life, KY3's Paul Adler visits with Leah Mawdsley from XFit Springfield on a 4 move shoulder workout for women.

Leah told us the shoulder workout is actually a really great body part to work to give your waist a smaller look.

So, here's the workout.

The 1st move (in the video) is

Lateral Raises.

Do 4 sets of 10-to-12 reps to work the Lateral Deltoids.

The 2nd move is called the

Arnold Overhead Press.

Do 4 sets of 10-to-12 reps to work the Lateral Deltoids and Front Deltoids.

For the 3rd move, do

Front Raises

do 4 sets of 10-to-12 reps to work the Front Deltoids.

For the 4th move, do

Face Pulls with a rope.

Do 4 sets of 10-to-12 reps to work the Rear Deltoids.
