A special prosecutor has filed more charges against an ex-Webster County deputy already accused of first-degree statutory sodomy.
Special Prosecutor Matt Selby from Stone County filed five more felony charges Friday morning against Brent Grey. A judge arraigned Grey on the additional charges Friday afternoon. He immediately entered a not guilty plea.
Grey now faces three felony molestation charges and three felony statutory sodomy charges for sexual deviant acts involving a girl under the age of 14. Court documents indicate the abuse started sometime in 2012 and lasted about three years.
Grey will remain out of jail on a $50,000 bond. The judge rescheduled a hearing for April.
