The workout starts at the base of the "tree" for Day 1. You move up a level each day, but always start with the same base exercises. You can also alter the exercises to your fitness level.
If you're ready for a serious challenge, Johnson is starting a Progressive Boot Camp at the Ward YMCA in the new year. This camp is not for beginners. If you're an experienced Boot Camp participant, you can call the downtown Y for the class information at (417) 862-7456.
