Fit Life: Labor Day cookout options

On this Fit Life, we're getting you ready for a Labor Day Cookout. Natalie Allen of Missouri State is showing us two variations of Dinner Foil Packs.
Here's what Natalie wrote:
To get started, make sure to use heavy duty foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. The sky is the limit as far as flavor combinations. The important thing to remember is to layer the packets in this order; vegetables, protein, sauce. Place vegetables, such as sweet potato, broccoli and red peppers in foil. Use any combination of vegetables you like. Do make sure they're uniform in size. Top vegetables with a lean protein, such as chicken, flank steak or salmon. Drizzle with a liquid such as flavored olive oil, BBQ sauce, or teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired. Seal the foil packets tightly. There are several ways to cook these. They are great in the oven, on the grill, or over a campfire. If you use the oven, temperature setting is suggested at 350. Cook for about 30 minutes. Open pack, check to make sure meat is fully cooked. Enjoy. We hope you have a great holiday.
