SAINT CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. -- West Nile virus has returned to Missouri. Mosquitoes in St. Charles County, near St.Louis, have tested positive for West Nile.

Officials say this is not a cause for alarm, but rather say use caution when going outside.

Health officials have taken extra steps to look for the West Nile virus due to the heavy flooding Missouri ha seen, which has increased the breeding ground for mosquitoes.
