Investment firms acquire Ozarks-based Meek's lumber

A California investment firm is buying Ozarks-based Meek's.

Angeles Equity Partners and Clearlake Capital Group announced the deal Wednesday. The company did not release the financial terms.

Meek's has been a part of the construction industry in the Ozarks for 99 years .Meeks is one of the largest nationally ranked independent building products distributors in the U.S. The company says Angeles and Clearlake bring significant building products sector relationships, investment experience, and operational transformation expertise.

Meek's operates in Missouri, Arkansas, California and Nevada.
