The New York City terror suspect has a lengthy criminal history including an arrest in Missouri.

The mugshot, which we're seeing splashed on TVs and papers across the nation, was taken here in Missouri. Sayfullo Saipov was arrested in Saint Charles County last year.

He has addresses in Florida and New Jersey, and came to the U.S. in 2010 from Uzbekistan. But he passed through Missouri at least twice in the last two years. Back in 2015, the Missouri Highway Patrol fined him for not maintaining his brakes. He was arrested in October of 2016, in Saint Charles County, for not paying that fine.

He posted $200 bond, and never showed up for his court appearance.

But, a guilty plea was entered and they used the cash bond to pay off the traffic fine and court costs.
