PICTURES: Runners brave the cold, snow in Camp Barnabas half-marathon in Springfield

Runners from around the Ozarks braved temperatures in the 20's and snow to compete in the Camp Barnabas half-marathon Saturday. The run winded through the streets of Springfield. More than 400 runners participated. All proceeds support the Camp Barnabas Scholarship Fund which sends individuals with special needs and chronic illnesses to a life-changing week at Camp Barnabas.
