Police investigate robbery at a Branson Landing restaurant

BRANSON, Mo – Police in Branson are investigating an armed robbery at a restaurant at the Branson Landing.

Officers responded to Charleys Philly Steaks Restaurant Sunday around 9:30 p.m.

The clerk reported the robber entered the store after closing. The man displayed a knife and demanded money. The clerk reported to police he then took off on foot in an unknown direction. Police say no one was injured.

The robber is a man who is about six-foot-tall with brown hair in his 20s to 30s.

This is the second robbery at a Branson Landing restaurant in two weeks. Police do not believe the two are related. Last week, Branson officers met with Branson Landing Management and store managers to discuss security enhancement opportunities for all Branson Landing properties and businesses. The Branson Police Department continues to work with the Branson Landing Management and business managers to provide a safe and secure atmosphere for everyone.
