1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana cut into pieces
1 Tablespoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger

Blend until smooth. You can add some milk and blend a little more, if the smoothie is too thick. Serve immediately. Enjoy! The Greek yogurt has more protein than regular yogurt, so it will keep you feeling full longer. Adding molasses is a natural sweetener and can help your body absorb iron (if used in a recipe without dairy). Dimmick also suggests cutting up ripe bananas and freezing them in advance so you can use them in smoothies and snacks.
