School resource officers investigate possible security concern at Glendale High School

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- School resource officers ended a lockdown at Glendale High School Friday morning.

Springfield Schools spokesperson Stephen Hall says surveillance captured a former student who reportedly got inside the school. It then captured that student leaving the school. The school is investigating a possible threat made by the former student against another student.

Police located the student Friday evening. Investigators did not release the student's identity.

Students remained inside the classrooms while crews The school district notified parents.
