Shepherd's Show N' Shine car show is underway in Branson.
The annual event at Shepherd of the Hills Homestead features snazzy cars from all eras. A few are brand new, but most are classics.
The show is being held a little later in the year this time and there won’t be a cruise along Highway 76, but there is still plenty to see and enjoy.
Car owners say talking to car enthusiasts is the best part.
"Just talk about the history of the car. Where'd it come from? Did you restore it? How long did it take you do do the work? Those are the general questions you get," Car Owner Mike Bockman said.
However, even if you’re not into cars, there is something for everyone at the historic homestead this weekend.
"We've added a zipline canopy tour and a ropes course, as well. Of course, in the Pavillion Theater, we've recently opened a couple of shows. In the evening, we also have the outdoor drama. We also have little Pete's Playland right over here," Shepherd of the Hills Co-Owner Jeff Johnson said.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday. The cost is $12.
There will also be food, bounce houses for the kids, and a little bit of shopping.
