Sinkhole opens up again in Harrison, Ark.

The city public works director said a sinkhole has opened up at least three times off Chelsea Circle in the past two years.

He said the city will try to get the shed out and the hole filled back in.

They also plan to do dirt work to help with erosion in the summer, but the property is in a flood plain.

The property owner said the sinkhole first opened up on April 30, 2017 and just reopened on April 30 of this year.

He said he's grateful for the assistance from city crews but says there needs to be a solution to the bigger problem.
