Banana Mug Cakes

• 1/2 ripe banana
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2tsp olive oil
• Optional add-ins: nuts, peanut butter, chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.
Mash the banana in a small bowl and add oil and vanilla extract.
Add the flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Add your chocolate chips or nuts and then pour into a small mug.
Microwave 60 seconds, then let cool before eating. If you use a bigger mug and more of the mix. Microwave for an extra 30 seconds or longer. When you start to hear it pop, it's done.
Alix says this treat is less than 150 calories depending on the extras you put into the "cake mix."
