Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

3 chicken breasts

1 cup celery

3 green onions

1 cup red grapes, quartered

½ cup slivered almonds

1 tsp fresh parsley

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice

¼ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp oregano

1 tbsp honey

¼ tsp thyme

¼ tsp basil

¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt

¼ tsp pepper


1. Combine the chicken, celery, green onions, grapes, almonds and parsley in a bowl.

2. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, honey, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.

3. Pour the Greek yogurt mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated. Chill for 1 hour then serve.
