1 ¼ cup low fat cottage cheese
¼ cup low fat buttermilk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon white granulated sugar
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
¼ onion (finely chopped or grated)
¼ cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
2 Tablespoons fresh chives (finely chopped)
1. Blend cottage cheese and buttermilk in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Pour blended cottage cheese mixture into a small mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
3. Cover and refrigerate if not using immediately.
4. Serve with a vegetable platter of your choice. Enjoy!
Tip: Add another ¼ cup of buttermilk and blend well to create a salad dressing.
