SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Rebekah Allen of Price Cutter shows us how to make a nutritious guacamole recipe with some kick.
Serves 4-6 adults
3 Hass avocados, halved, seeded, and peeled
1 lime, juiced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne
½ medium onion, diced
½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup grilled pineapple
Combine avocados and lime juice and mash to desired consistency. Add salt, cumin, cayenne and mix well. Fold in onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and pineapple.
Let rest for 1 hour or serve immediately.
