The Licking R-8 School District said that all district buildings will be closed on Monday following a bomb threat.
A Springfield man is in jail after allegedly strangling a woman until she lost consciousness while she was holding a child.
Crews in Monett are asking the community for help following a barn fire Saturday morning.

Jamie Thomas, director of survivor support at the Pathways Project, said she spent 14 years being trafficked. The fundraiser helps pay for a home where women can begin again.
"There's a common misconception of why don't you just leave? Why didn't you just leave? Because it's not that simple," Thomas said.
